Locations

We currently see patients at two offices, one in Fairfax and the other in Alexandria. Specific appointment times vary by date and availability.  The Fairfax office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  We see patients in Alexandria Tuesday through Friday by appointment.  We observe most major holidays.

The Fairfax office is located at 3031 Javier Road, Suite 300, Fairfax, VA 22031. Google Maps

The Fairfax office is located off of Route 50 (Arlington Boulevard) between Gallows Road and Prosperity Avenue.  There is a traffic light at the intersection of Javier and Route 50.  Once you turn onto Javier off of Route 50, our building will be on the right.  There is a sign on the building that says "Capital Spine and Pain Center".  We are located in this building on the third floor.

The Alexandria office is located at 5249 Duke Street, Suite L8, Alexandria, VA 22304. Google Maps

The Alexandria office is accessed off of the service drive that parallels Duke Street.  If you are headed east on Duke St from Annandale/395, you will be turning left at the traffic light at North Paxton.  You will then take an immediate right onto the service drive.  If you are headed west on Duke Street from Old Town, you will take a right onto North Paxton and then an immediate right onto the service drive.  Go past the McDonald's and take the next left into the Landmark Professional Building.  We are located on the lobby level at the entrance near the Quest Diagnostics.
