John Essepian III, M.D.

Dr. Essepian is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in the cornea, with 25 years of surgical experience and over 15,000 surgical procedures performed to date.  He attended Georgetown University for his M.D. and residency in ophthalmology, and subsequently completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University in 1994.  He has authored more than 50 scientific publications and presentations, appeared in Time Magazine for his advancement of LASIK procedures, and even consulted for the United States Military on ophthalmic procedures.
